Forget Espresso Martinis – this has got to be the single best coffee cocktail around! Aged tequila lends a fiery grunt to cold-brew coffee, with maple giving it a touch of sweetness and whey rounding out the texture. There’s a dash of Cocchi Americano and Fernet in there, too, for extra bitterness. Complex and captivating stuff! Serve extra cold over ice with a lemon peel. Serves 2 (but why bother sharing?).
