Chateau Laballe Bas Armagnac Ice 3 Years

The youngest expression from Cyril and Julie Laudet who are located in the heart of the appellation in Landes Bas Armagnac. Distilled from the Ugni Blanc grape (French for Trebbiano for those playing at home) which is grown on sandy soils, it is aged for three years in oak. Bright, fresh with a wonderful texture, despite it’s young age, is quite a delicate drop. Designed to be drunk as an aperitif cognac, it is also a a great addition to cocktails and can be enjoyed, as the name would imply, over ice.
