This is roussanne that sees ten days of skin contact, hence a lot of texture in this wine despite the zippy undercurrent of acidity prevalent in the variety. Quince, preserved lemon, ginger and lime with some dried apple, salted nuts and woody spices in the mix. Exotic and great.
