Arguably the top mirin in Japan. Very special and a small amount is all that is needed to add a complex sweetness for balancing savoury dishes. It is also wonderful as a poaching liquid for fruit and is often used in patisserie. Made from Japanese-grown glutinous rice, koji, and in-house distilled shochu. This is a rare product that deserves to be celebrated.
