Produced from zibbibo and chardonnay - the vineyard supply is Diamond Creek (Southern Highlands) for chardonnay and a Riverland supply for muscat. Nutty and savoury whiffs, lemon balm, green apple scents, a touch of walnut there too. Palate is zingy and zesty, shows some nutty creaminess then finishes with a lick of walnut paste savouriness that sits under and a pleasing citrusy sour character. Plenty going on here, has a wild feel and of course refreshes the palate well. Nicely done.
