Farmed on vineyards that eschew pesticides and herbicides in the Montagne de Reims and Vallee de la Marne sub-regions of Champagne. Jean-Pierre Raphael is acutely aware of the legacy left to him by his forebears. His approach is to use simple and natural techniques in the vineyard and winery.
With aromats of fresh apple and a little hint of sherry, pure, precise and crisp on the palate.
