This is prosecco, but not as you know it. A blend of Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Glera which spends 8 months in steel. It's a wild, yellow colour with a soft and fine bead. It's crunchy like freshly baked bread, with an elegant mineral note and a slightly bitter finish.
