We’ve taken this unique miso powder and added different types of seaweed & aged bonito flakes to create arguably the best instant miso soup in the market!
Ingredience: Aged Mugi miso (soybean, barley, salt), Seaweed, Taki kombu (soy, salt, vinegar), keturishibushil (shaved smoked bonito).
