A play on possibly the worldʼs favourite pickle, but pureed to a sauce. All organic heirloom cucumbers fermented with dill, laksa leaf, green Sichuan pepper and black pepper. Super bright and zingy, this condiment makes an excellent dressing for cucumbers and tomatoes mixed a good olive oil, or fold through kefir cream and/or Greek yoghurt to next level your potato salad.
