This super fresh and zingy ferment sings of summer.
All ingredients were grown by the legends at Felds farm in Northern Tasmania apart from the mint which was from my garden. Itʼs got wonderful vibrancy and acidity which lends itself to compliment rich meat dishes really well or dressing salads. Also very good added at the end of a stir fry, with rice dishes or stir a spoon through your gin and tonic for a twist of funky acid. - Adam James, Rough Rice
