This one is mostly savagnin and then some chardonnay, a topped up Jura wine which means less of the nutty, savouriness and a bit more citrus with the classic regional sea spray, saline mineral characters. Yum. Bright and fine, fresh and frisky, extremely long, succulent and down right delicious. A more classic style from Hughes Beguet with righteous Jura characters at large. No sulphur and extreme purity on hand. Wonderful wine.
