We do love Bobar, no doubt, and this chardonnay, re-released, is in fantastic shape and form. We love its sea spray characters, its cashew nut savouriness, its crunchy, green apple refreshment factor. It’s a bit Jura, a bit Chablis, a whole lot Yarra Valley of course, and generally just really interesting, delicious, and kinda fancy too. It has perfume, weight, softness, freshness. It’s made by two of the nice humans going around. Everything to like.
