Ramato style pinot gris. Long carbonic maceration, then foot stomped for a few more days fermentation before basket pressing straight to neutral French oak barrels for six months. Bottled unfined & unfiltered with only a small addition of sulphur.
Sexy amber/bronze colour. Smells like toffee apple on a hot day. Mulberry, spice, and a bittersweet finish. - Brave New Wine
