This is the first wine that we have made and released off our own vineyard. 2021 was a tough growing year due to the rain and low temperatures. The crop was super small because of this but it meant that the fruit flavour potential was extremely high. We picked this wine across a few weeks to capture the ripeness at the right time for different sections of the vineyard. The wine is very light considering the toughness of the year. It packs a massive punch of flavour and acidity because of high focus in shoot thinning and vine management. Limited quantity here. A truly unique wine from a terroir that has never been tasted before. - Tom and Jess, wine makers
