Winifred is an alluring member of the youngest generation in Gut Oggau's fictional family of wines. A rosé that's easy-drinking, yet still deceptively complex. A precise blend of zweigelt and blaufrankisch, it's a pretty, boldly-coloured thing. Somewhat reductive at first, but starbursts of cranberry and lingonberry do the dance with hibiscus and watermelon rind. Crunchy, spunky and full of flair indeed.
