Two Frenchmen making natural, unfiltered amber wine in Georgia. This one's 100% mtsvane. 2 weeks of carbonic maceration. 8 months in kvevri. Light, fresh and very fun – reflective of the more free-wheeling and fruit-forward aspects of this indigenous grape variety. Reminiscent of stuff from the Languedoc in some aspects, too, with a lean and crunchy side.
