Riesling, pinot noir, chardonnay, gewurztraminer, cabernet sauvignon. Six weeks on skins. Raised in amphora and old barrel. All co-fermented, from one vineyard, which ticks that field blend box.
Super perfumed, super floral and red fruited, very pretty. Juicy in the palate with soft, powdery tannins shaping things. A very light, crunchy red is the message. Savoury too, some wheaty-nuttiness finishes the wine but drunk quick and cool and you’ll get by that. Cranberry crunch and dryness, pomegranate sour-sweet. Nice nice nice. - winefront.com.au
