The artist formally known as Sally Rainbows now goes by Ur 1st Luv, but the ethos is the same. This is about as hands off wine making as you can get. Chardonnay from Canowindra in New South Wales. The fruit is destemmed and spends six months on skins and bottled after a while without any additions including any sulphur at any stage. Ripper!
