2020 Commune Of Buttons Commie Juice

Made exclusively for us by the legendary siblings that are Sophie and Jasper Buttons in the Adelaide Hills. It's a pinot noir/pinot gris blend. Cherry-pomegranate business. Punchy, crunchy. Bell-ring brightness. Easy. Delicious. Don't think. Just drink.

2020 Borrachio Fruit Zone Red

A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Ooft!

Plenty of punchy fruit along with tart strawberry, aromas of brioche and shortcrust pastry. Best served straight from the chilly-bin, under the shade of a tree on a melting hot day.

2020 Tampopo Hilltops Sangiovese

Grove Estate fruit sees three weeks on skins and 30% whole bunch. Chewy little number. Good gear, lots of sizzle of acidity, bright, red berry fruit characters, heaps of sage and bay leaf, black pepper, black tea and dried flowers. Tightly wound, pent up, leaner than expected but you can feel that the wine will relax and lend some more character with time. Feels very well made, great fruit, all up great drinking.

2019 Sud De Frank Red

Sud de Frank wines are the result of the Original Odd-Couple pairing of Jared Dixon, of Jilly Wines in New England, NSW, and Dan Graham of Sigurd in the Barossa. The concept being fine, thirst quenching wines, made with grapes from both of their respective regions, at an approachable price point.

 2019 Vignerons Schmolzer & Brown Pret-a-Rouge

A blend of reasonably equal amounts of Beechworth shiraz and pinot noir with a splash of red-fruit hero sangiovese. This wine has always been something we endeavour to make super drinkable, through pretty light handling during ferment. And it’s all really, really old neutral oak used for elevage to keep an emphasis on that fruit vibrancy. We’d always hoped your Papou would enjoy this wine as much as your niece with the neck tattoo. - Tessa Brown, wine maker.

2019 Rasa Wines Little Liar Red

A great blend of grenache and mourvedre coming from Andy Cummins of Rasa Wines in the Barossa Valley. Some co-fermentation, some whole-bunch action going on here - and in the end a juicy, delicious wine.
