Made predominantly with an ancient strain of red rice which is cultivated for use in traditional celebrations in provincial villages. Well balanced sweetness and acidity Ine Mankai has cherry, pomegranate and vanilla aromas with umami rich palate making it a perfect match for a wide range of foods.
