Dreamin' sits alongside beers like Vibe and Serenity (just trying to keep the Castle references alive) and is an ale made with regenerative organic barely and wheat, hopped generously in the kettle and dr-hopped with organic Motueka. It's super clear, decently rustic with a full mouthfeel... A really stripped back beer
How's The Serenity
Serenity is our hats-off to Cooper's sparkling ale made with organic schooner barley, raw organic sugar and organic chocolate malt, hopped rather generously with Pride of Ringwood from Ellerslie hops in Victoria. Dry and earthy, full bodied and flavoursome.
Vibe Spelt Ale
Made from organic malted heritage Schooner barley (Coleambally, NSW) and raw organic spelt from Woodstock farm & flour (Berrigan, NSW). Spicy earthier aromatics combine with pear skins, grape and sweet stone fruits. A touch of funk and whiff of oak. Fresh palate but with structure... earthy grains and orange citrus in abundance.
