We’ve aged a Red Wild Ale in a bourbon barrel. This Red Wild Ale has aged for 13 months in a Jack Daniel’s bourbon barrel. The smooth bourbon flavours have helped bring out the vanilla and oak characteristics of our Red.

Wildflower Brewing Distinctly Perceived 2021
This 2021 release is a blend of ales fermented separately on Riesling and Viognier pomace organically grown by Bryan Martin at Ravensworth as well as organic Semillon pomace from M&J Becker. Bridge Road Brewers B2 Bomber Mach 11.5
Here is the inaugural bottle release of our barrel-aged B2 variant for 2021. We took our B2 Bomber Mach 11, a black Belgian double IPA, and aged it in Corowa Whisky barrels for six months. The hop punch of the original beer has mellowed, and the warming influence of whisky intertwines with soft oak and vanilla notes. - BRB
Yulli's Brews Two Shoulders Skincontact Golden Ale
Embracing our newfound love of marrying beer and wine production, Two Shoulders explores a delicate balance of skin contact winemaking, oak ageing and crisp clean beer. 2 tonnes of sauvignon blanc grapes grown outside of Orange NSW were pressed and fermented on skins. Meanwhile, a light pale base beer was brewed and fermented with ale yeast - the 2 ferments were then blended and aged on American oak for 7 months. Aromas of fresh citrus and oak combine on the nose before a light acid profile hits your front palette and a subtle tartness creeps down the jawline. The finish is crisp and dry leaving you with the lingering complexity to ponder. Two Shoulders pours bright, with a light golden orange hue and a fine beaded carbonation from bottle conditioning and is best served at 8-10°C. Enjoy now or cellar for up to 5 years.- Yulli's Brews

Brewed using pilsner malt, unmated rye and raw wheat Constant State Saison is very aromatic and complex displaying notes of pear, citrus with early floral tones.
Brian Bitter BATCH 3 375ml
The love child of Brian wines and Two Metre Tall brewing, this is a half-half Rizza (skin-fermented Brian riesling with lees and barrel maturation, a la Jura, with some oxidation) and wild ferment Tasmanian beer. The beer and riesling combo results in a ballistically refreshing, sour and tangy hybrid that shows incredible complexity, a wild edge and then wine-like character, all rolled into a seriously amazing beverage. It is a thing of beauty and personality.
