Dazma is a pint-sized producer with a lot of heart, working out of the Konpira Maru winery (as a winemaker) before embarking on this standalone project. That being said, the fruit for this wine comes from the Konpira Maru vineyard in Whitlands, King Valley. It’s a tight and refreshing fizzy wine with juicy citrus fruits married to crunchy green apple with a lick of toasty, nutty savouriness underlying. Vigorous bubbles join all this tang and freshness. Ideal, warmer day-drinking material. Perfectly paired with your favourite packet of crisps!
