Sabi Wabi Syrah Nouveau 2022

Syrah Nouveau 2022 Handpicked and wild fermented, Ablington Vineyard, Hunter Valley, Certified organic Syrah.
100% Carbonic Maceration, basket pressed and bottled early. Unfiltered and unfined as always. Tastes like blueberries, cherry candy and wild herbs.
Deliciously light. Try chilled! - Sabi Wabi

Ravensworth Sangiovese 2021

There's six different vineyards from Murrumbateman, Young and Harden contributing this year. A beautiful medium bodied wine that carries fragrant dark cherry, floral and spice aromas with a fine textural palate. Our fifteenth vintage and just getting better and better with vine age and us getting the smarts.

Processed as whole berries, so no pumps used, a natural ferment that wasn't messed around with too much and then left on-skins for three weeks. matured in small 5 year old French oak cask. - Bryan Martin, winemaker

Brave New Wine Small Town Red 2021

Bright red/white blend – shiraz, vermentino, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, a little gewurztraminer and viognier. Picked early for freshness, carbonic maceration and co-fermentation for lightness and funk, gentle extraction for light tannin. Ultimate park wine. Bright, aromatic, sunshiny light red for drinking out of the fridge/esky. Or not. - Brave New Wine

Dormilona Yokel Grenache 2022

Swan Valley grenache made by Margaret River based Jo Perry.

A very much lighter styled red, indeed, just a few rungs up the ladder from rose really, or could be rose anyway. Dark cherry, plumminess, a bit of peppery spice. Uplifting and refreshing, this is a wine destined to be drunk with a good chill. Great gear. Simple done well. - The Wine Front

Express Winemakers Syrah 2021

Syrah from two vineyards farmed organically by Ryan the winemaker himself.

Powdery dry with amaro laced dark berry fruit flavours, botanicals, blood orange, sour cherry and refreshing, minerally acidity. Fine, silty tannins shape things nicely, decent length, liveliness and good depth. Very good. - The Wine Front

Little Reddie New! Colbinabbin Nebbiolo Refosco 2021

A lovely plum red colour, pale at the edges with flicks of terracotta throughout.
Smells of muddled plum, black berry, and raspberry, red pepper and bell pepper and a little rosemary.  A little amaro finish is true to the varieties and somewhat Italiano. It’s refreshing and satisfying, happy in or out of the fridge depending on the weather of the day. - Pat Underwood, wine maker
