Little Brunswick Wine Co. Grampians Rose 2021
Grown by Garry Rice at Rice’s Vineyard in Concongella. The grapes are picked to be a more plush style before being fermented in barrel and matured in tank.
Rich pink in colour, a bouquet of raspberry, watermelon, strawberry, spice, and amaro. The palate displays rich berries and melon rind with zesty orange peel and gentle peppercorn adding some savoury balance.
Flinty, mineral with so much texture to boot!
Boomtown Rose 2021
Shiraz and nero D in an age appropriate alliance to make lurid coloured rose.
Strong nero cherry juice scents, a bit of raspberry liquorice, some light, green herbs. Soft and juicy in the palate, quite a bit slippery, oily, jellied in a way, sweeter fruit but very fresh feeling and has this nice, tart cherry finish. Summery and refreshing but a little edgy too. Yo! - The Wine Front
Somos Barbera Rosé 2021
The duo from Somos (an Aussie and a Mexican winemaker) are accelerating with the quality of their wines. We’re so in. They’re so good. Barbera here is used beautifully to maximise the varieties inherent natural acid crunch and tart, refreshing red berry medley for fruitiness and interest. This is wickedly good stuff to drink, so vibrant, so fresh feeling, so naturally pretty and lively and delicious. Its best assets are its youthful vibrancy and general sense of purity. Yoswers. Yes thanks.
GilGraves Rosé 2021
Gilgraves rosé is a partnership of Ken Gilchrist and Kaye Graves two like minded people who share the philosophy that "Life is not a dress rehearsal."
Bright copper colour in the glass and displaying aromas of rose petal, apricot and native gum trees. This Cabernet Sauvignon rosé is hand harvested, matured in a combination of old oak and stainless steel. Flavours in the spectrum of apricot, orange blossom, dried apple and a lick of fresh acidity drive this wine with a persistent finish.
Giovanni Armani Giorgio Rosato Dell'Amore 2021
Che cosa desideri? It’s pink and wet. Pure romance juice, no matter your persuasion. Eat some vongole, read some poetry, take your pants off. Our cup runneth over.
Our annual attempt to make a Vodka Cruiser for adults, but with no fizz, so you can drink Solo. Red apple, strawberry, pomegranate, perfectly under-ripe cherries, and buckets of youthful enthusiasm. Made gently from an equal blend of Nebbiolo and Aglianico to our favoured shade of areola pink, this is a wine to swallowed – niente sputi! - Giovanni Armani Giorgio
Continental Platter Rose 2020
From biodynamic vineyard source and mostly the grape variety of cabernet sauvignon, this is pinky-orange in the glass like a dazzling Western Australian sunset. Aww, nice. Crisp, red fruits, a dash of spice, some tangy freshness to it and a general sense of easy drinking. Some dusty tannins too, almost like you were there on a sandy beach in Margaret River, or something like that. This wine is an any time of day wine. It's a cracker.
