WARNING: VIN DE SOIF BONJOUR!! In France, that's a wine you drink with your main course, around a huge table, with your mates around. Everyone is loud, most probably having an argument about the new government measures or simply because the weather is crap outside. Then the music gets louder, the argument is forgotten and another bottle pops open. The same wine, cause it was bity and yummy. Well, this is it. That's the wine you want to make you feel like you're in Minervois, sitting with Benjamin Tailladier. He's not ashamed of calling his wines "wines of thirst", because it is exactly what they are. This one is a cinsault, syrah and carignan. It's wild, it's got rustic charm, it's dark fruited but fresh feeling. It screams of South of France. Get it while it lasts!!
