Three distinct ferments build complexity into this medium weight red wine. It’s silky textured, spicy, dark fruited but feels fresh and loose knit. A highly drinkable red of great energy yet loads of character and aside the warm climate it comes from there’s vibrancy on its side. Dark cherry, dried herbs, a bit of graphite-like minerality in the mix. The drinkability is off the charts here. One for the late afternoon/early evening fire pit session, it feels.
