Lezér is the delicious fun time creation from the renowned Elisabetta Foradori, perhaps most famous for single handedly bringing the intriguing Teroldego grape back from the brink of drinkstinction. This crisp crunchy complex fun time red is made up of dozens of quick vinifications in numerous vessels, all of which have a maximum skin contact of 24 hours in common. Lezèr is the combination of the best of the best results of Foradori’s Teroldego experiments.
While this is a relatively light wine it is also fine and long and complex. It deserves a slight chill - aim for 16 degrees.
TRIVIA: Lezér derives from the Trentino dialectical word for ‘light’, and the Italian ‘leggero’.
