Nick Jeffery’s latest release. Intricate Victorian syrah gets a youthful facelift. From a vineyard he farms himelf, with no additions whatsoever. Mostly whole-bunch fermented, giving it a raw and unadulterated edge, but the rest is crushed and left on skins for almost two weeks which lends a tannic touch. Classy and dignified, but with plenty of energy and grace. Just lovely.
