Colbinabbin in its youth. May Colbinabbin be your Beaujolais. Jokes aside, the point is this - drink something local and light and delicious that's not going to burn a whole in your pocket (like that avo on toast).
A blend of nebbiolo and refosco dal peduncolo rosso make for a vibrant wine with lovely flesh and grip. The tannin is very fine with everything very much in balance. Delicious and refreshing. Easily at home at a "winos do" or BBQ with mates. Swiss army knife, chill me down, warm me up, decant and swirl or plop into plastic cups in the garden. All good. All rewarding. - Pat Underwood, Little Reddie.
