Hello. From one of the greatest winemakers to walk Australian soil comes this light, no addition, sulphur free, beautifully grown, well-made and utterly bloody delicious red (light one!). It's made by vigneron and winemaker Joe Holyman, one of our mad heroes; he does those Stoney Rise/Holyman and Brian wines.
This is a mix of red grapes with a bit of white grapes that smells and tastes somewhere between Campari, pomegranate juice, thirst-quenching and crunchy cranberry drink, but with a dusting of light herb n spice. It's one of the wines we drink so cold, straight from fridge, crush our dry palates with and generally just bathe in. It's one of the best chilled, light and fresh reds we've seen in forever. And, yet, it's slightly fancy too... Nice one, Joe.
