Grenache planted 1954 in the Swan Valley, this is a whole bunch, carbonic macerated, qvevri matured crunchy red. There's a sense of softness here, too with a small portion of the wine spending a little time in old french oak to round out the edges.
Violet aromatics, with sour cherry, and a campari-esque bitter orange vibe. Yum. Bung it in the fridge if you want.
