Grenache planted 1954 in the Swan Valley, this is a whole bunch, carbonic macerated, qvevri-matured wine that ends up settling in as a hazy but crunchy red. There's a sense of softness here with a small portion of the wine spending a little time in old, French oak to round out the edges. Violet aromatics, with sour cherry and a Campari-esque, bitter orange vibe with touches of earthy herbs. Yum. Bung it in the fridge if you want.
