A blend of reasonably equal amounts of Beechworth shiraz and pinot noir with a splash of red-fruit hero sangiovese. This wine has always been something we endeavour to make super drinkable, through pretty light handling during ferment. And it’s all really, really old neutral oak used for elevage to keep an emphasis on that fruit vibrancy.
