What do you get if you take a hard-working, switched-on young fella and put him to work at one of South Australia's gleaming bright lights of the Natural Wine World, Gentle Folk? Well eventually he would make his own wine, and he has done a few now.
This is his Rosé, a blend of all kinds of fun things, co-fermented for your pleasure, and whacked into bottle (some glass is green, some is clear, wowzers!). There are little whizzes of strawberry freshness, zips of green acid that keep you comin' back for more, and enough texture and mouthfeel to keep it all together. This is natural wine done cleanly, yet still with enough spunk to keep you excited. Keep an eye on this chap.
