Blisteringly fresh, chewy in texture, a light fizz when we opened the bottle - it’s all happening here with this rose. While the fizz disappears (enjoy it while it lasts!) the wine is actually a proper rose and not a sparkling wine, that’s just how nature worked, in its mysterious way. Lots of red, rosy characters here; rose hip tea, cranberry, pomegranate juice, and a little herbal lick in the mix. Such a delight. So very, very drinkable.
