Ex-IT Consultant Theirry Forestier's 12ha organic (yet to be certified) vineyard is set alongside the microclimate of the Vidourle river, nestled amongst woodland which makes for a natually beautiful and biodiverse location for the production of some truly stunning natural wines.
The rosé is a blend of aramon (a rustic, local grape known for its resistance to phylloxera) and grenache. It's perfectly balanced from woah to go. Scents of raspberry and rose turkish delight lead in to a beautiful roundness and freshness where notes of pink candies unfold, finishing up with violet and hints of raspberries. Very soft finish. To quote Depeche Mode, I just can't get enough.
