Benjamin Tallandier has worked with some of the luminaries of France’s burgeoning natural wine scene but settling in Languedoc to pursue his own eponymous project. He farms ‘very’ biodynamically, hand tends his plots with care, releases wines of precision, freshness and vitality - this wine nails the brief.
