This is a ripping, fresh rosato from the brilliant Chouette in Swan Valley, Western Australia. A quixotic blend of chenin blanc with fragrant, juicy tempranillo and a good splash of verdelho to finish. White, red, white, rose style. Ha. It's all red berries, pretty spice, a touch of herbs, lots of zippy acidity and a kinda blood orange tang to finish. And dry. Bone dry. But fun. And flirty. And so thirst crushing. Oh my.
