Bob's rosé is back with a vengeance, this year he's made a mix of shiraz, sauvignon blanc, with a touch of malbec. Up at Bob's winery in the beautiful Blue Mountains these grapes were all fermented separately then combined before bottling. This is a rosé ofsubstantial weight and definitely a sum of it's parts. Aromatic, full of fruit, with some definite tannin present (light red perhaps Bob?) More importantly, like all of his wines it screams of freshness & drinkability!
