Francois and Pascaline Plouzeau are the husband and wife team behind this amazing domaine. Strictly biodynamic in the vineyards, this rose is made from 100% cabernet franc. The grapes were destemmed and pressed very slowly to extract some colour, just enough to call this a rose.
This is a bright, fresh, fruity and deeply-flavoured light pink rosé that is perfect as an aperitif. Yes please.
