The classic story of sommelier turned vigneron… In 2015, Travis embarked on his dream of becoming a winemaker; he began by sourcing organic fruit and borrowing equipment to start his journey. Now, Travis is fully managing part of the vineyard in Hope Forest, South Australia and has his own little winery shed to call home. This is straight cabernet sauvignon, lightly foot-crushed and whole-bunch macerated for six hours. Juicy, textured, fresh and slightly floral. Best enjoyed ice cold in the hot sun!
