Our third instalment in the 'Citrus Got Real' series, this juicy little number is just another way we have pushed ourselves to showcase the best Australia has to offer. Beginning with Australian cane spirit, distilled from local molasses, we infuse fresh blood oranges harvested at the height of citrus season in Yenda, NSW.
To enhance the punchy citrus flavour we then infuse cardamom, orris root, almonds, a touch of cane sugar and two types of pepper for a little zing !
