Our Head Distiller Shane Casey has worked hard on bringing this product to life. Starting with Australian cane spirit, distilled from local molasses, he has infused fresh Murray Valley grapefruit juice & zest with Lemon Myrtle, Golden Bay Leaves, Native Bush Currants & Pink Peppercorns.
Along for the ride is just a touch of pink salt & cane sugar to enhance the zingy citrus. The fresh grapefruit & lemon myrtle give this spirit a bold citrus aroma and it's expertly balanced with the herbaceous bay leaf, the tart bush currants & slight, lingering hum of pink peppercorns.
Perfect sipped over ice, splashed into a classic Hemmingway Daquiri or simply spritz it up with soda!
