This wine cask expression combines premium barrels sourced from South Australia’s famous Barossa and McLaren Vale wine regions. The barrels have held first-class red wine varietals over the course of 8-15 years and now live on through our whisky.
Lifted aromas of raisins, banana, and waxy green apple layer a complex structure of lanolin, honeycomb, and dusty floral notes with touches of caramel and spice.
