This is Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Gris & Pinot Noir, from 4 acres of the Yarra Valley, blended and co-fermented over 40 days.
The result? An orange-y, pink-y, aromatic thing that has licks of classic varietal character like rose petal and lychee, but gets delivered in a juicy fashion, held together with gentle white tannin. Yum.
