The fruit comes from one of the best biodynamic vineyards (Millton Opou Vineyard, Gisborne) in New Zealand (or possibly anywhere!), tended by the legendary Millton family. What a coup that is for the awesome Cambridge Road. it sees three days skin contact to dial up weight, texture, aroma, and delivers a strong hit of rich lemon and citrus characters, savouriness in salty-saline detail and a light burr of powdery tannin-like feel in texture. It's a magnificent, complex, rich and delicious white of considerable interest and general 'yes!' rating.
