Brothers Tim and Lawrence Scanlon's second release of this textural, aged sauvignon from Sunbury. The fruit spent two days on skins before being pressed and fermented in barrel for 24 months. Only half of the barrels were topped up, with the rest left to age under flor. Its a haze of green mango, starfruit and hay.
