Gotsa's chinuri comes from an organically farmed vineyard nearly 1300m above sea level. Absolutely no sulphur or copper is used in the vineyard or winery. Super hands off, natural winemaking here. Don't be fooled by the pale golden amber colour, this is by no means a simple skinsy wine.
Medium-bodied and taut with mandarin, fragrant spice, fresh walnut and dried wildflowers. Its at once upliftingly refreshing with complex savoury notes and lingering chalky tannin, thanks to extended skin contact in kvevri.
