Gustavo Martinez hangs out in a place called Florida, of all things, in Bio Bio region of Chile. This is made from the aromatic grape variety called moscatel de Alejandra. About 15 days on skins through ferment then the juice is run out and no pressing occurs.
Vibrant aroma of fresh apples, dried citrus, and floral notes with an invigorating tang and herbal amaro acidity. Just enough skin contact to let you know you're drinking and "orange" wine. Lower in alcohol means it is perfectly paired with sunshine!
