Chris Jessop (head wine maker at Logan Wines) and brother Matt, now making their own cool climate, minimal intervention label. The brothers are focussing on producing wines that are fruit driven, light touch and that reflect the place and the time they were made.
This is a combination of wine making techniques, predominately skin contact with a small portion or carbonic macerated sauvignon blanc to keep it zesty. Passionfruit, green mango with touches of ginger and cardamom. Definitely a thirst quencher!
